hello.

Welcome to bread, a new(ish) church based in the heart of Los Angeles.

The best way to find out more about the church is to come along on a Sunday. There is no bar to entry. Everyone is welcome. Come as you are. Outside of Sundays, Alpha is fundamental to what we do at bread. We strongly recommend everyone gives it a try. The next course starts on May 1st, 2019. In the meantime you can read about what we think church is about, and our history here; and to find out more about the life of the church, go here. You can also get the latest news, listen to our podcast, or drop us a line.

Visit us on a Sunday and say hello. We'd love to meet you.

Lots of love,

Ed and Hannah Flint,

about.

The church is the people. And we believe everyone is vital. You can find out more about our staff team by clicking on the faces below. Come along on a Sunday and meet a whole load more people who make up the church. For more information on what we believe church is about and how we came to plant bread, click on Our Story above.

We meet at Los Feliz Elementary School in Hollywood. There's loads of free parking. Every service is super-informal and relaxed. Come as you are. We're not a club, there is no bar to entry, everyone is always welcome. You also don't have to dress up.

The service starts at 10.30am, with coffee beforehand from 10.15am. It lasts about 1hr 30mins. There is a kids program run by fully-vetted volunteers. Each service includes informal worship, a talk (usually as a part of a series - you can find out more about the current series here) and a chance for anyone to be prayed for at the end of the service.

We are a new church and we're growing week by week. Find out more about what we believe church is about here.

Give.

We believe it is good for our world, good for our church, and good for ourselves to be generous. There is no better use of our time, gifts and resources than to help Jesus’ kingdom grow. We rely entirely on the generosity of our congregation to be able to do this. By both donating financially and volunteering our time we are able to participate in and further God’s plans of mercy, love, peace and justice for our world.

If you’d like give in either of these ways please follow the links below.
