FAMILY Registration Options
In Idyllwild this year, we have 3 types of suites/cabins for families to reserve. The 3 types have been named by our beloved streets that surround the bread church and office.
All suites/cabins can be reserved with a $75 deposit per adult (and $10 deposit per kid). The full registration cost is due by October 10th.
The registration cost covers the cost of your chosen lodging, 4 buffet-style meals, and amenities on the Tahquitz Pines property. If you’d prefer to opt out of the meal plan, enter the code “MEAL” under Discounts at checkout to receive a $40 credit.
* Please note: Children’s meals are covered and are not a part of the $45 registration fee—so opting out of the adult meal plan does not reduce that cost. The $45 covers lodging and programming for kids, regardless of meal preferences.

The Franklin Suite(s)
A simple hotel-style suite, with a number of connecting-rooms set aside for families. While lovely, the Franklin is a fairly no-frills option.
- SINGLE ROOM - Solo Adult - 1 room (1 King or 2 Fulls) - $350/adult
- SINGLE ROOM - 2 Adults - 1 room (1 King or 2 Fulls) - $190/adult
- KIDS (3 yrs and older) - $45/kid
The hollywood cabin
A roomier and more spacious lodging option (vs. the Franklin) and includes bunk-beds for the kids! Some feature a pool-view, patio, and/or fire-pit. These cabins are available with King or Queen bed, and each have separate rooms with bunk-beds.
- Solo Adult - 1 King or Queen + 2 twin bunk-beds (3 beds total) - $435/adult
- 2 Adults - 1 King or Queen + 2 twin bunk-beds (3 beds total) - $220/adult
- Kids (3 yrs and older) - $45/kid
The sunset cabin
Each Sunset Cabin can accommodate up to two families (bunk beds/sleeper sofas for kids 4-6 kids). They are a slight step-up in “luxury feel” from the Hollywood Cabin.
- 2 Adults - $400/adult
- 3 Adults - $315/adult
- 4 Adults - $235/adult
- Kids (3 yrs and older) - $45/kid
