We launched our end-of-year giving appeal early this year. For the first two years that the church has been alive (2017, 2018) we’ve raised around $100,000 at the end of year, in addition to our regular monthly giving.
We’re looking to do the same this year, we’re just giving ourselves a bit more time to do! 100 days of time, in fact, since we launched the appeal two Sundays ago*.
100k in 100 days.
It almost rhymes. Which is how you know it’s a worthwhile and a super exciting goal.
We’re asking everyone for whom bread is their home to pray and consider giving towards this. No amount is too small and no amount is too big! We’ll keep you updated over the coming weeks about how we’re doing. There is of course no pressure but it’s going to be super exciting to see that $100k get smaller and smaller as the weeks go by and more and more people invest and get behind what we want the church to be and to do.
FYI we’re currently $3k in, only $97k to go! Thank you to everyone who has already given. We couldn’t do this without you.
For a much more comprehensive take on giving and money, and If you didn’t manage to hear either of them, please check out Ed’s last two Sunday talks here.

We’re beginning a super exciting new series this Sunday. It’ll be great to see you there,
Lots of love,
Ed and Hannah x
*Technically there are 93 days from Sep 28th (the appeal launch date) and Dec 31st. But stop being so pernickety.
